I couldn't ask for a better start to the spring engagement season! The weather finally cleared and cooperated, but after the rain, snow and cold weather of early spring. Fortunately, these lovebirds brought all the warmth, love and beauty with them. They met each other at a local gym near their home. Skylar was a personal trainer there when Audra decided to sign up for a couple of sessions. He later joked with another client that he was "going to marry that girl" when pointing to Audra, and they say you can't take back a word once it's been said.
They both love each other's smiles, and I couldn't agree with them more. Their smiles are both so charming and beautiful. Audra is grateful that Skylar can sense her feelings and emotions and knows how to respond best when she needs him. He proposed on their two year anniversary. They recreated their first date in the North End by grabbing dinner at the same restaurant, the same Canolis at Mike's, and taking a walk down to the waterfront where he popped the question. Audra thought he was joking at first, but once she saw the sparkle, it all became a joyful reality.
Skylar loves the woods as much as Audra loves the water, and these are the main reasons why we scheduled their engagement session at Cedar Tree Neck Sanctuary. This up-island walk has both peacefully wooded paths and a gorgeous dune approach to the beach. You can easily guess how happy this beautiful lady gets when she feel the sand on her feet, smells the crisp ocean breeze, and has the love of her life by her side.
