Capturing connection and movement creates the candid moments that you are looking for. You and your children will hold hands, hug, and kiss. This movement creates a special rhythm and a dynamic in the photographs which shows your family connection. A family photographer is looking to give you all an activity in order to foster engagement and movement. Be ready to play fun games, run, jump, or splash. Plan for fun and I will try do my best to capture all these real moments.
In the digital age, we believe the experience of printed photos plays a vital role in family history. Printed photographs are important. We can hold on them, pass them around, frame them and hang them on a wall. We can make albums to be treasured and looked though by children for years to come. We can't touch a digital file and the truth is we don't know their longevity or if we will even be able to find it a few decades in the future.

Their story weaves through a Martha’s Vineyard summer with a sun-kissed moment on a carousel at the MV Ag Fair when Alex took the perfect opportunity to ask the big question. It was a perfect surprise!
They have come here every year since they started dating, and they hope to add many future moments as a married couple to all their wonderful memories of this place. Aquinnah Cliffs are the perfect backdrop for your engagement session!
Their proposal story is a perfect example. While Katherine was out for dinner one December with friends Billy decorated their house, Christmas tree and all, with photos and memories of their time together, the surprise proposal was a resounding success!
Their proposal took place during a gorgeous day on the ferry Martha’s Vineyard while outside on the top deck. After some strategic love notes earlier in the week, and while enjoying a wonderfully relaxed ferry ride, Jesse confided that his writings, “weren’t the whole story” He got down on his knee and confessed, “one more thing that would make me happier than I am at this moment, and that would be if you would marry me!"
Ryan proposed on September 29, 2017, at the Nobska Lighthouse, down a path overlooking the ocean. When the newly engaged couple returned to the top of the path by the lighthouse, they were greeted by their families to celebrate the moment when "she said YES!
Lisa wanted to get married on Martha's Vineyard at the historic Ocean Park in Oak Bluffs. The intimate first look photos were taken at the East Chop Lighthouse. The ceremony was filled with family love and German traditions.
Their wedding at the Elm Bank in Wellesly was as exquisite as their relationship throughout, and on a clear warm day surrounded by an amazing garden, they were married. Its days and weddings like this that keep my job refreshing and rewarding. I couldn’t ask for a more lovely couple to work with!
The wedding took place at Pond View Farm situated on the shore of the Tisbury Great Pond. This place is the backdrop for many warm memories for Jeff's family, and they couldn't be happier for Ashley and Jeff to get married there.
There are so many days that I count myself blessed to join with people on joyous days and help bring their moments permanence. I certainly was lucky to be a part of Lea and Leif's ceremony in Aquinnah.
The Martha's Vineyard is also very special to them, as PJ has been coming up since Thanksgiving 2012. PJ proposed on the dock off Anna's parents' house on Sengey pond.
